1. Who may join
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of AMCrypto. By joining, you confirm you meet this age requirement. While our United Kingdom access block is active, AMCrypto is not open to residents of the United Kingdom.
2. What membership includes
Membership includes educational content about cryptocurrency trading and access to our Discord community. There are two tiers. The free tier unlocks once you submit your broker account ID, sometimes called a UID, through broker verification and a team member approves it by hand; before approval you can preview the first lesson of the free mini-course. The Pro tier is a paid subscription billed through Whop; see section 6, "Pro subscription billing," below for how it renews and how to cancel.
3. Account rules and acceptable use
Keep one account per person and keep your login to yourself. Paid Pro content and the Pro area of Discord are for your use only; do not share your account or paid content with anyone else. Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other members, moderators, or AMCrypto staff, in the community or anywhere else connected to AMCrypto. Moderators and staff do not answer "should I buy" or "should I sell" questions about a specific asset with a personal recommendation; a question like that gets a reply that points to educational material, not a yes-or-no answer. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules; see section 9, "Termination," below.
4. No investment advice
Everything on AMCrypto, including lessons, live streams, emails, and the Discord community, is education. It is general and impersonal: the same content for every member. It is never tailored to you, and it is never a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific asset.
AMCrypto provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this site, in our courses, live streams, emails, or community is investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We do not know your financial situation and we do not make personalized recommendations. We never manage or hold member funds, never trade on anyone's behalf, and never give individual advice. Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies and derivatives involve substantial risk of loss, including the loss of everything you put in. Past performance — ours or anyone's — does not indicate future results. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you learn here.
5. Affiliate links
Some links on AMCrypto, including broker links, are affiliate links. If you open a broker account through one, the partner broker shares part of the trading fees it charges you with us; this does not change what you pay the broker. Full details are on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
6. Pro subscription billing
Pro is a paid subscription. Checkout, billing, and subscription management run through Whop, not through AMCrypto directly. Pro renews automatically every month at the plan price, currently $49 per month, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Whop dashboard; cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, as described in section 7 below.
7. Refunds
Refund terms, including the 7-day window on your first Pro charge, live on the Refund Policy page. That page controls; nothing here changes it.
8. Intellectual property
Lessons, videos, graphics, and other materials on AMCrypto belong to AMCrypto or its licensors. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view this content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly repost it without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breaking these terms, for chargebacks or payment disputes, or for conduct that puts other members, staff, or AMCrypto at risk. You may cancel your own membership at any time from your Whop dashboard. Termination ends your access to paid content and the Pro area of Discord; see the Refund Policy for what happens to any payment already made.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
AMCrypto is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site or community will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent the law allows, AMCrypto and its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the community, or anything you learn here. 11. Governing law and disputes

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as AMCrypto changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where practical, tell members through the site or by email. Continuing to use AMCrypto after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
