1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by AMCrypto TODO(Alex): legal entity name and address and, where stated in the prize section, a partner exchange TODO(Alex): sponsoring exchange, once the deal is signed.

2. No purchase or payment necessary

Entry is free. Joining the waitlist is the only way to enter. You do not need to open an account, deposit funds, trade, or buy anything to enter or to win, and doing any of those things does not improve your chances.

3. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry. Not open to residents of the United Kingdom, or of any jurisdiction where this kind of promotion is prohibited or requires registration that has not been completed. 4. Entry period

Starts TODO(Alex): start date and time, with time zone and ends TODO(Alex): end date and time. Entries received outside this window are not eligible.

5. How to enter

Submit a valid email address on the waitlist page and confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these rules. One entry per person and per email address. Automated or duplicate entries are void.

6. Prize

TODO(Alex): prize description, approximate retail value, number of winners, and how the prize is delivered. No cash alternative unless the sponsor decides otherwise. The prize is not transferable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. Odds of winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner selection and notification

Winners are selected at random from eligible entries on or about TODO(Alex): drawing date and notified by email within TODO(Alex): number of days days. A winner who does not respond within TODO(Alex): number of days days, or who is found ineligible, forfeits the prize and an alternate may be selected.

9. Publicity

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's first name and country for announcing the result, without further compensation.

10. General conditions

The sponsors may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond their control affects its integrity. The sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. This giveaway is not affiliated with any social media platform. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss; nothing about this giveaway is a recommendation to trade.
